Which groups book stays at Happy Valley?
We host non-profits, schools, and collectives looking for a silent, verdant place to find focus and build unity within a peaceful, rustic environment.
How many guests can we bring?
We easily house 50 to 125 attendees, based on your specific sleeping arrangements and the way you plan to use our available facilities.
When is best to book dates?
For weekend stays, we recommend booking 6 to 12 months early. For Monday - Thursday, we can frequently fit your assembly in on shorter notice depending on the current calendar.
Is it simple to walk around?
Happy Valley is located in the middle of a beautiful redwood forest, with good accessibility and easy access to our common areas and cabins as well. Some specific recreational areas, such as our labyrinth, Cathedral Redwood, and trails, may be a little more difficult to access, but are still very accessible for 99% of our guests. Please let us know about any accessibility needs when you submit your inquiry.
Do you provide catering services?
Yes, we offer flexible meal, focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients that cater to diverse dietary needs.
Is there Wi-Fi available on site?
Wi-Fi is available in our main lodge, cabines and meeting spaces. However, we encourage groups to use the natural surroundings as an opportunity to unplug and reconnect with nature.
Can we smoke or drink alcohol?
Happy Valley is a smoke-free and alcohol-free facility. We kindly ask all guests to respect these policies to maintain a healthy and inclusive environment for everyone.
Can I bring my dog?
Only service animals are allowed on the property. Please inform your contact if service animals will be present.
